Asphalt Composition (Fiberglass) Shingles
If you are looking for a classic, rugged, or timeless look, composition shingles may be the choice for you. Composition shingles have a fiberglass reinforcing mat at the center. This mat is coated with asphalt and mineral fillers. The fillers adhere to the fiberglass and the asphalt surrounds the structure, making it waterproof. Its top surface is embedded with a layer of ceramic granules. Asphalt Composition shingles offer multi-level protection and are durable, reliable and easy to maintain throughout the life of the roof. They all come with a Class “A” fire rating and have warranties available in 20 yr., 25 yr., and lifetime. They can be separated into three categories: 3-Tab, Laminates/Dimensional and Designer shingles.
Concrete tiles are primarily used for their lifetime durability as well as their popular stylistic appeal. These durable water shedding tiles were designed to capture the beauty of the Spanish mission styles with their rounded-tops or the classic English and French flat styles. Concrete roof tiles simulate the appearance of traditional clay tiles, wood shake, slate, and stone. Like clay, concrete tile surfaces can be textured or smooth, and tile edges can be uniform or ragged. This tile comes in a variety of colorful blends and patterns as well as uniform colors. If you are replacing another type of roof system with tile, you will need to verify that the structure can support the load.

Stone Coated Steel Tiles and Shakes
Steel tiles has been gaining popularity with the increasing interest in energy-efficient roofing materials. Metal roofs are ideal for anyone living in forested, moss prone, snowy or heavy precipitation areas and they are becoming a roofing alternative for owners with a steep slope roofs. Because of their high resistance to UV rays, high wind and extreme weather changes, steel tile roofs will not deteriorate as non-metal roofs and can last two to three times longer. Steel tiles can be formed into the appearance of shingles, tiles and wood shakes. Steel tiles come in a wide variety of designs, colors and styles.
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofs
Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) are single-ply roof membranes constructed from ethylene propylene rubber and due to their many performances and installation advantages, are becoming one of the fastest growing in popularity roofing products available. Unlike other rubber compounds used in the roofing industry, it possesses the ability to be fused together like a plastic PVC membrane over its life. Most other (EPDM) rubber membranes are seamed together using either 2 sided tape systems or an adhesive.
TPO Roofing systems have been tested to be energy efficient and provide outstanding resistance to ultraviolet radiation and ozone exposure reduce. The other advantages of installing a TPO roofing system is that they are algae-resistant, environmentally friendly and safe to install. TPO is also highly resistant to tears, impacts, and punctures with good flexibility to allow for building movement. TPO roofing manufactures are offering TPO single ply roofs in various standard colors, pre-formulated colors, and custom colors.
